You must contact your physician. Information provided on the website, netdoctor.co.uk., states that Decapeptyl is a gonadorelin analogue which acts on the pituitary gland. In the treatment of endometriosis, it is given as a monthly or three-monthly injection for six months, starting in the first five days of the menstrual cycle.

It should cause menstrual periods to stop. If you are experiencing menstrual bleed, now after five months, you should consult your doctor.

I do not know why this medication is not working to prevent your period. Please get back to us with your physician's explanation. I am curious.
