Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Congratulations on your great news too....

I would suggest that if you wanted to lose weight, watch your food intake to be less than 1500 calories per day plus do some sort of activity for at least 30 minutes per day. HOWEVER, you have been getting in your dress , I am sure, and if you lose too much - you are going to have issues with your dress so be careful if you want to lose weight right now.

 

Your future husband loves you for who you are today so be happy and enjoy each and everyday either way.
