Guide

Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I understand how disrupting and painful this must be for you.  I'd love you offer some information you will find helpful.

When dealing with constipation and pain in the intestines it is first very important to analyze your diet.  I know you have heard it before, but it is true!  The healthier you eat, the healthier your gut will be and eating right means eating real.  Eat vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and meat from good sources.  Eating lots of refined sugar, dairy, sodium, and animal based fats will cause constipation and irritation.

To get immediate relief sometimes a laxative can start the process of eliminating back up in the intestines.  After the elimination it is important to start to cleanse your intestines.  Drink a lot of fresh squeezed lemon juice with water.  Eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, juices and soups.

If you already have a clean diet you can also consider your constipation being caused by stress, or not sleeping well.  Stress can easily disrupt good digestion.  It is important to chew your food well, breath deeply.  Do not eat in a rush.  Plan at least one meal a day, and simply slow down.

I hope this has helped.  Let us know if you have any more questions.
