I had hyperthyroidism a couple of years ago and lost some weight, and with it a lot of muscle mass. I was under treatment and I don´t currently suffer from it. I liked that my legs and stomach were thinner and was afraid of gaining weight with the medication so I started restricting calories, so instead of gaining I lost. I am doing yoga as I do not feel strong enough to do any weights right now. I am not worried about the numbers, in fact I do not own a scale but I would totally freak out if I increase my calorie intake and my clothes would stop fitting.
However I do realize that this diet is to restrictive and it makes me unhappy to keep it but I don´t know how to increase without gaining as I want to maintain.
