Potentially you could be.  But it depends on if you've been sexually active, your age, have gone months without a menstrual cycle, are on any type of prescription meds that could be affecting your menstrual cycle, etc.

I would suggest making an appointment with your doctor and taking a home pregnancy test in the meantime.
