Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your quesiton.

The treatments for swollen lymph nodes depends on the cause.  There are several possibilities including but not limited to: allgeries, cancers, sexually tramsnitted deseases, lupus, HIV, skin infection ,Mono, and immunity disorders.

You may want to learn about the symtpoms of these different possibilities and specutlate what is causing yours from that information.

Unless the underlying cause is treated there is not much else you can do besides pain relievers, appling warm water to the area, and getting lots of rest.

You may also want to try stimulating your lymphatic system.  One very simple way to do that is to alternate between a hot and cold shower every 5 to 10 minutes for about 30 minutes or more.  The temperature differences create more circulation through the lymph nodes.  Sweating during exercise is also very important stimulation for the lymph nodes.

I hope this helps.

Faith
