You could have a stress fracture, or it could simply be very badly bruised.  In either case, the only thing to do is wait it out until it heals.  If there is swelling you need to ice it.  If there is no swelling wrap it firmly to give it extra support.  

It sounds like you are a pretty serious athlete.  If you want it to heal quickly, stay off it as much as possible.  Do non-impact exercises such as swimming.
