Usually women do not have regular periods until they stop breast feeding. Even though you probably are not pregnant; you need to wait at least a week after a missed or irregular period for a pregnancy test to be accurate.
So you can take another in 1 or 2 weeks, to double check if you wish. Even though its very unlikely that you are pregnant, that is the only way of knowing for sure.
