Clinical urine tests for pregnancy usually have accurate results. But, if you wish to have a more thorough test you can take a blood test for pregnancy as well.
The symptoms you are experiencing could be side effects of the medication you received. It could also be from normal hormonal changes. They do not necessarily signify pregnancy.
Often if women have imbalanced hormones causing your symptoms, doctors recommend taking birth control pills to balance their hormones and have a regular period.
If your symptoms persists, be sure to follow up with a gynecologist.
