Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
The possibility of pregnancy will be directly related to which procedure they used for the tubal ligation. If the tubes were completely severed there is no possibility of pregnancy whatsoever. If they were damaged just enough to create scar tissue then over time a small opening can give a passage to the uterus.
There are other methods as well such as stapling, or the complete removal of the fallopian tubes.
The greatest concern when conception occurs after a tubal ligation is an ectopic pregnancy. So I highly encourage you to see a gynecologist to check for pregnancy and make sure there is nothing serious going on.
