Nothing but a physical exam by your physician can tell you why you are feeling tired, having a backache and tender breasts.
I will try to deduct what is not the cause.
You said you just had your period. So, that should prove you are not pregnant. Also, we cannot blame breast tenderness on premenstrual symptoms.
Have you recently increased your level of activity or exercise? Have you recently lifted any heavy objects? That may explain the backache.
Have you been working longer hours or getting less sleep? That could explain the feeling of being tired?
When was the last time you had a complete physical exam with blood tests? An underactive thyroid gland can cause you to feel fatigued.
