Hello Anon
Thank you for writing.
While probiotics won't guarantee against c-diff, they can help encourage the good bacteria in the gut that can help prevent c-diff (a "bad" bacteria) from reoccurring.
Yogurt can help and according to a probiotic study written about by the US National Library of Medicine/ National Institutes of Health"...the strongest evidence is for S. boulardii and L. rhamnosus GG because these have been used in most studies." - so you can look for probiotics containing those ingredients.
Best,
Susan
