Thank you for writing.

Turmeric is an herb, found in a lot of spicy cooking, including curries.

There isn't an exact answer really about how much turmeric to take to help maintain good health. A spoonful in cooking should suffice or if you are taking it in supplemental form, follow the directions. In general 1.5g to 3g is recommend for adults.
