I'm very sorry about your mother's condition. This is a question you need to ask her doctor, and even he or she might not be able to say with any certainty. From what you say, she is not doing very well at all. If it were my parent, I'd probably feel better going to see her sooner than later given her condition, even not knowing how long she might have.
