Normal, healthy blood sugar levels are about 100 mg/dl fasting (when you wake up) and under 140 about two hours after eating.
A level of 166 is on the high side but it doesn't mean you have diabetes. Eating a healthy diet and taking exercise can help prevent your levels from getting higher. Talk to your doctor for more information about your particular case.
