A very healthy diet and exercise regime should be the first choice in lowering cholesterol naturally. However, there are some supplements that may work. Many won't - they are simply selling vitamins with a dubious promise that it may (or may not) help with lowering cholesterol.
The University of California at Berkeley did some research on this and came up with some good supplements and ones to avoid. Take a look here: (cut and paste): http://www.berkeleywellness.com/supplements/other-supplements/slideshow/cholesterol-lowering-supplements
