Thank you for writing.

There is no real "main" cause for shaking. There are many causes.

With exercise, it's due to muscle fatigue. Some rest and plenty of hydration should take care of it.
Other reasons are diet (especially too much sugar).

Alcohol or drug withdrawal can cause shaking. Some medications can cause it.

When it comes to tremors, neurological conditions like Parkinsons Disease can be a cause.
