We don't know what kind of surgery you had on your foot. Two weeks out, the swelling might be normal. Or not. Has the swelling/redness increased or is the same?
Signs of an infection after a surgical procedure can include:
Pus or drainage.
Bad smell coming from the wound.
Fever, chills.
Hot to touch.
Redness.
Pain or sore to touch.
It's best to contact the doctor who performed the surgery to be sure all is well.
