My doctor has recently recommended this procedure to me since my birth control pills have caused me to have Hypertension levels of Blood Pressure. She wants me off of birth control completely. However I have had 4 surgeries for Endometriosis and can only control my cramping with my periods with Birth Control pills. I am wondering if anyone else has had this recommended to them purely for cramping pain relief, and if it was successful. I do not have particularly heavy bleeding, due to the birth control pills. My main concern is control over the painful period. I have also heard that those with smaller size uterus have more success with the procedure, and I have been told I have a very small one. Has anyone else heard/had experience with that?
