I had the Her Option procedure 6/17/09. The procedure itself went very well. However, walking out to the car and for the rest of the day, I had extreme cramping. Thank goodness for Vicadin! The following day, I didn't feel too well. Cramping wasn't as bad, but just annoying. Got the watery discharge - not looking forward to wearing pads for the next two weeks!! Hopefully, the procedure works to stop the awful heavy periods I've experienced for years. Reading everyone's comments has helped me to understand what to expect - Thanks. Mary
