Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. Joint pain is not a sign of aging not a sign of a condition like arthritis. Joint pain is most often a sign of Chronic inflammation or hormonal imbalance. The fluctuating estrogen levels, can impact how our joints feel. Estrogen has an anti-flammatory effect on the body and lack of estrogen levels produces the symptoms of chronic inflammation.
