my period last was on the 6th February i'm on a 26 day cycle this month i started on the 9th March 6 days late with light bleeding for 3 days. I still have abdominal cramping as if i am still going to come on. tested again this morning came up negative

last night i had very bad low pelvic pain with vomiting and diarrhea.

It could be a viral infection (for instance, the flu) you're dealing with. If it persists, or if you end up having a fever, get to the doctor to have it checked out. Sip on clear fluids as much as you can to avoid dehydration, and get loads of rest.

As a general rule, having your period (even if it's light bleeding for 3 days) indicates you're not pregnant, and the HPT confirmed. It is possible to have cramping at the tail end of your period.
