90 is low, but should I be alarmed?
I also see floaters in my vision ---and they are getting larger. Should I be concerned?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Low pressure isn't much of a concern for doctors unless you are showing symptoms. If you're feeling good then mention it to your doctor but you're probably ok.

Eye floaters are not connected to low blood pressure - the causes for eye floaters is usually loose collagen in the eye which is very gel like. In most cases, the reason is old age or aging in general. Treatment is not needed unless the cause is something serious, like the retina detaching or eye disease. Ask your doctor about these next time you see her, an eye exam is a good idea - better be safe than sorry.

Best,
Susan
