Thank you for writing.

What country is he living in? It's hard to recommend something when we don't know what is sold there. What kind of lung disease does he have? We need to know this to help you further - please let us know more about the situation.

He has pulmonary fibrosis and now lives in countryside town of China . Can I buy some medicine from here to help him relief his pain?Every time he coughs the oxygen index goes down to 70 or worse but if he is not coughing his fine like a normal person. So what I want to do is help him to clean the mucus in his throat (it can't get out when his coughs)and his itching throat. It's that have something to help?Thank you for your comment. It's very important to me.

Hello Anon

You can ask your local pharmacist what over-the-counter medication can be used by explaining his symptoms.
However, sending any kind of medication to China - even over-the-counter meds - has risks. If the package is opened, your father could be accused of drug smuggling. This is something that you need to bear in mind as you look for something to help him.
Is he near any larger town near him that has a pharmacy?

I be back to see him this end of month . So I can take him some medicine. He just home from the hospital and the doctor said nothing is good for him tell us send him to ICU but we don't want to. Cause his not that bad,so we don't want to take that risk.

I hope you find something here that could help him.
