My period came on the 19 of october had unprotected sex on the 8 of november I took the pill on the 9 of November I then had sex on November 20 I took another pill on the 21 of November I took a pregnancy test on November 24 it came back negative but November month is almost finish and I have not seen my period is it because I took postinor 2 two consecutive times that's what delay my period

Yes, this is likely the reason. You can take a pregnancy test to confirm you are not pregnant but overuse of this medication causes a lot of disruption in the cycle. These pills are not to be used as a method of birth control, rather for actual emergencies.
