Hi Anon,

Thank you for visiting the EmpowHER community and sharing your question!

How long have you been feeling this movement? If you were pregnant, you most likely would be feeling a fluttering feeling inside your stomach between weeks 16 and 25 of your pregnancy. The term for it is called "quickening."

Have you tried taking a pregnancy test at home? When was the last day you experienced a 'regular' cycle? You could be pregnant and experiencing breakthrough bleeding. Bleeding in the early days of pregnancy is common. It usually happens at about the same time that your period would have been due, and may last for a day or two.

Anon, I would take a hpt to confirm if you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, it sounds like you could be experiencing digestive problems and I would advise you to see a Gastroenterologists. it could be something more serious or again, just a gas bubble. A doctor will be able to properly diagnose your situation.

Please let me know if you take a hpt and the results.

Best,

Kristin
