Am i pregnant? should i go get blood work done to fin out?

I had my period in Agust twice in the beganing and on the 23rd and in september i didnt get a period. but this month I got it but it was diffrent it was a lot lighter. I usaully last about 7 Days and this time it only lasted 4 days.. I took three test before i got my period and they where neg. Could i still be pregnant??
