Welcome to EmpowHER. Aspirin is used to lower fever, headaches and reduce swelling. If used everyday and in high amount it's also known to cause bleeding of the stomach and intestines. If you are not sure about taking a medication even if it's over the counter. You should discuss it first with your doctor. Hope this helped?
