The topical Avibon creme from France. I am in love with it and have been using for the past week. My mother brought to my attention today that it is full of vitamin A, which I know is not safe in high doses when pregnant. I am hoping Avibon is alright since it is only used topically.

Missie,
Thanks so much. I plan to call my doctor tomorrow to see if they have insight as well. I stopped using it over the weekend due to your comment. Better safe than sorry. Again, thanks!

Hi agriggs,
Thank you for your question. Avibon is not available in the United States. From the research I conducted this is only available in France. In other words, the United States Federal Drug Administration (FDA) does not have informaiton on this drug however, it is similar to Retinol that is used for individuals with acne. I did find this website that indicates that Avibon should NOT be used while pregnant or breastfeeding which you can read here http://ingredients.avibon.com/ingredients/buy-avibon-cream-vitamin-a.html.
I hope this helps.
Good luck,
Missie
