A little dicomfort I've had kidney stones over 10 years ago this is different I don't have pain in back this time just urge to pee and constant discomfort should I be seen immediately or do I wait to see if something passes

People who have had kidney stones are more likely to have them again - you can wait to see what happens since you're not in pain but you may have something else going on including a urinary tract infection that needs medical attention or it could turn into a kidney infection. If you still have symptoms after a week of this, see your doctor.
