Dr. Office just called and said I should come in right away. Was wondering if I should be concerned, they say yes, come in right away.

Have any tests been taken? If so, the doctor may want to share the results.
If you are going in to discuss what is going on for the first time, the doctor may decide this is something that needs testing - a stool sample, blood tests etc.
You may have some sort of digestive/gastro distress causing blood to come from these areas and out o the colon. Or you may have hemorrhoids. An exam will let you know more. Try not to worry just yet.
