Boyfriend and I were fooling around

Hi

My boyfriend and I were fooling around last weekend and our genitals were around each other although no actual penetration took place. I'm glad we didn't go further as he wasn't wearing a condom and I'm not on the pill. Is there a possibility that I could become pregnant? All day today I've had the feeling of a full stomach almost like period cramps but I've already had my period at the beginning of the month. This is playing on my mind somewhat.

I used to be on the pill before I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Does anyone know if I'll be able o go back on it now my blood pressure is being controlled? I've read that the mini pill may be more suitable.

Thanks for your help

Hi Anonymous,

You cannot get pregnant from fooling around in the genital area without sperm being able to enter your vaginal area. As for your question about birth control, you should consult your treating physician if they will allow you to be on BC now that your blood pressure is controlled. Hope this helps and good luck.
