My boyfriend and i were being physical. We were naked but never had sex. However his precum was near my thighs and clit.he didn't come near me even. I washed it all right after. Now my period date is here and I'm getting brown clots and discharge at intervals since a day instead of normal period flow. Any chances I'm pregnant? I'm really tensed please help!

Hello Sunny21

Thank you for writing!

Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time. A woman would also have to be ovulating and engage in unprotected intercourse with ejaculation.

From what you have said, there is no risk of pregnancy. It sounds like your period is starting, albeit slowly. Sometimes periods start off brown with clots as a way for the body to release old blood from the previous period. I'm sure your period will start properly in the next few days.

Best,
Susan
