this started maybe just 2 days ago, its never happened before, but my vaginal area is very irritated, its not its usual color, and it hurts and its very sensitive... its gotten to the point that some form of fluid is coming out. its not blood amd doesnt seem like blood, its a dark brown color and its kind of thick.... it feels as if it were dry..?? i tried some lotion but it didnt help.... i thought it was a rash at first... but then if i tried touching it, it just itched and itched and then the feeling would go away as i tried to scratch it.. but then id only get pain... that veryyy dryy feeling.. i dont know whats going on?? or if its normal.. im scared to ask anyone else.. cuz its sort of embarassing to ask what might be wrong with my crotch?? and today while i was looking down there.. i saw a not so large .. zit it seemed... but its from the inside of my skin? it hurts if i touch it.. and its right on the outside of my vagina though.. on the lips close to the vaginal entrance.. and its weird everything is in pain and it hurts except my clitoris, everyhting else hurts even by just moving and its not getting any better..... i would highlyy appreciate the information or an ideaanyone has of whats going on.. thank you...

Bashful, you need to see a doctor. Please do not wait for advice or try home remedies or anything else. You may have an infection of some kind, and you need to have it diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.

Hello. Sorry to bother you. I saw the advice you gave other woman so I wanted to ask you a personal question. I'm almost 36 weeks pregnant and I've been having this horrible itching sensation in and around my clitoris. I can't see down there so I don't know what it looks like or anything, but when I wiped today I had a gooey brown discharge from the area that I urinate from or possibly from my clitoris. Yet again, I'm not sure because I can't see. It itches terribly but when I attempt to scratch it, then it hurts a little, sometimes a lot. I know I don't have an STD because I've only been with one man my entire life and he was tested before we got together. I've had the itching before and the doctor disregarded it and it went away after about a week. I've never had this discharge before though. Any advice?
