i was fooling around with my guy today. he penetrated with his fingers and his penis brushed against my areas. there wasn't penetration. maybe slight penetration. just touching i feel. all this happened post ejaculation. but he didn't touch his semen. however, there was a drop on the tip of his penis after the touching session. besides, its the last day of my period. can something happen? we're really scared..

Rudra,

Whenever there is sexual activity and semen involved there's always a chance no matter how small. I really don't know if in fact your boyfriends penis penetrated your vagina or got close enough for this possibility to exist but I think it's safe to say that the odds are for you, not against you. With that being said, if you are going to engage in sexual activity and you're not looking to get pregnant, please use a condom or any other form of birth control.

Good Luck,

Rosa

Rudra41,

Taking an emergency contraceptive is entirely up to you.

I took this from planbonestep.com:
Will I experience any side effects from Plan B One-Step®?
When used as directed, Plan B One-Step® is safe and effective. Side effects may include changes in your period, nausea, lower abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, dizziness, and breast tenderness. Some women may have changes in their period, a heavier or lighter next period, or a period that is early or late. If your period is more than a week late, you may be pregnant. If you have severe abdominal pain, you may have an ectopic pregnancy, and should get immediate medical attention.
