Your period is proof you are not pregnant, besides the fact, there was no penetration and ejaculation. For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina. That said, what you are doing is not safe sex as accidents can easily happen. A condom should be used during any genital to genital contact if you are concerned about pregnancy.
