Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question.  It's very unlikely you will get pregnancy if you had a tubal ligation.  But having a Tubal ligation reversal can help if trying to conceive again. Unfortunately, it's a costly procedures and it's not covered by most medical insurances.
