Can i take Osteocare tablets and feroglobin Capsules in the same day ?

Hello,

One week a go I started to take Osteocare tablets which contain calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D to help maintain strong bones. Today I bought Feroglobin which contain zinc also, can i take Capsules and that tablets same day ?

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. It appears from my research that Osteocare is used in the United Kingdom. Any supplements that you are using, you should take to your treating physician about use. The reasoning is that supplements are not controlled in the United States and information regarding side effects or overdose of supplements should be reffered to your treating physician. Good luck.
