Clobetasol propionate is a corticosteroid used for many skin conditions. It doesn't sound like you know what it causing the pain and redness on your genitals therefore we can't recommend you use anything before seeing your doctor for an evaluation. Please do so, so you can have the appropriate treatment. I hope you feel better soon.
