Can masturbation cause health problems?

I have a very embaressing question but this has been bothering me and ive done some reearch but there are just too many opinions so i just want to clarify this question...can a girl/woman be affected from "too much" masturbation? Is there health risks like damaged sexual organs or losing the ability to climax or concieve?
