Can precum or sperm seep through jeans, and underwear, survive that journey through jeans and underwear and then get onto a finger to impregnate a female through fingering/manual sex?

We have answered this question for you numerous times - the answer is no, one cannot get pregnant this way. Sperm is not designed to seep through clothing this way and certainly not on to a finger and then on to impregnate a woman. As we have said, a woman must have unprotected sex and be ovulating to get pregnant. Please consult your physician for further help.

Why is that so? Does the sperm die when they get stuck in fabric?

Sperm is very delicate and needs strict conditions how on it can survive. Meaning unrestricted access to the vaginal canal where it can swim to the cervix and then impregnate if a woman is ovulating. Fabric stops this from happening. Sperm is in no way strong enough to do this. The conditions make it impossible.
