Can pregnancy occur in this situation?

I had semen on my hands and washed my hands with hot soapy water. I then touched my lower stomach and I am concerned that some sperm could've travelled to my vagina. And since I was stood up could it have made it easier due to gravity causing the sperm to travel down?

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Sperm only survives a few minutes in open air. It will die immediately if washed with soap and water. When you touched your stomach there was no living sperm. Even if there was, for example, it cannot travel from your stomach to your vaginal and cause pregnancy. So, no need to worry about pregnancy.

Hello mam i have a some what similar problem but a bit complicated on dec 5 me and my gf got intense and that i fingered her really deep before that i happened to touch my penile parts but dint ejaculate yet ..or no precm nothing ..still suspecting it i gave her a option 72 morning after pill on dec 5 ...she had her last periods on nov 5 ...now it got delayed by 4 days ....we dint have an intercorse ...she did tell me that her periods get delays after every 2 or 3 months ..i did finger her some times before this as well but not during her her ovulation period which was expected btw november 7 to 25 ...and whenever i did it my hands were dry ...
