I have been on a roller coaster for approx. 5 years now. Cannot find a physician that can help me back to a life of happiness and health. I am sick and tired of trying to argue to the way of feel to them and I feel I am going mad at times and do not want to be like this. Have always been full of life to be able to support my children (adults) and my grandchildren but find it difficult to address this feelings and move along after a horrible time with divorce, lonineness and feeling down. Could you please help me with regard to my question.

Hi Anonymous

As a matter of fact, there is a link between B vitamins and depression. Here is a link to a Mayo Clinic article on that topic: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/vitamin-b12-and-depression/AN01543.

Have you seen a psychiatrist? Or just a primary provider? I suggest a psychiatrist if you haven't seen one already. Five years is a long time to be in treatment with no results.

Thank you for writing. I hope this helps you some.
