Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Do you have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia? Fibro is a series of symptoms and no two people may have exactly the same symptoms. It may affect one side of the body at times and not the other.
Symptoms include muscle pain, fatigue and mood swings/depression. If you don't have this diagnosis, have this pain seen to by a doctor - it's not common for fibro symptoms to cause excruciating pain.
Best,
Susan
