I tested a week before my period and got a faint positive. Well, I tested a few days later and got a negative result. I got a heavy period a few days later with mild cramping. Could I have possibly had a chemical pregnancy?

You would have to see your health care provider and have some blood work done to know for sure, and that will only work if it was very recent.
