Could this be a sign of pregnancy ..

I have been having lower cramps and very sore, almost like swollen breast for about 10 days straight now. My period is due next week. It keeps feeling like it's coming but it doesn't show up. I've been also having back aches. The last few morning been nauseated but have one threw up once.

Welcome to EmpowHER.  If you had unprotected sex during your fertile days your chances are higher.  You might need to wait and see if you period comes. If not, you might want to take a home pregnancy test.
