Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your question with the community.

When you have a tubal ligation the tubes are damaged.  When they heal themselves the tissue creates a blockage to your uterus.  This prevents the pregnancy.  However, it sometimes happens that the tubes do not seal all the way and a small opening can still allow sperm to travel to the uterus.  If this happens you can become pregnant.

There is no way of knowing for certain unless you take a pregnancy test which I suggest you take after a missed your irregular period.
