About a month ago my boyfriend and I were fingering and I touched his precum with my hands and I was fairly certain that I wiped it on my jeans but for worse case let's say I didn't, about 2 minutes afterward I went to the bathroom and put my fingers up there and I had taken the pill the night before but not the same day as the sexual actions, I recently got over a period but it was so light it led me to believe that it was spotting instead of a period... could I be pregnant?

There does not seem to be any possibility of pregnancy from what you have said, and you period confirms this. If you don't think your period was a real one, however, a pregnancy test would be accurate by now and will let you know for sure.
