Okay, So I had sex on June 13th around 11pm (unprotected, but only lasted about 5 mins)--no ejaculation, possibly pre ***. I have a 31 day regular cycle & took Plan B appx. 22 hrs later. I ended up getting my expected cycle on June 29th (3 days early, heavy period). I had my period for last month too (July) on July 29th. It was also heavy and normal. This month, my nipples and breasts are really sore. My breast hurting during ovulation time is normal, but not my nipples. I have taken about 5 pregnancy tests starting from July 13th (a month after sex). They came back negative. Any help?!!

Hi Anon,

Thank you for your question and welcome!

If you had sex in June and had a period in June and July then you are definitely not pregnant-- even less so after having 5 negative pregnancy tests. Less than two weeks before your period it is common to have tender breasts and nipples even if you are not used to having tender nipples. If you also have nipple discharge or severe pain along with the tenderness then please give your doctor a phone call but as of now, this is perfectly normal.

Best Wishes,

Rosa
