My boyfriend and I had sex twice tonight we used a new condom each time, he said that he washed his hands between condoms and there was a 20 minute gap between the two encounters could I be pregnant? The only contact between sexual organs was with a condom

Condoms are about 99% effective when used correctly so there is little to no risk.
